What is the benefit of working a temporary job?
There are many benefits to working a temporary job. For those new to the area, a temporary job allows you to earn a paycheck while you are setting up residency. For those in between jobs or students, temporary jobs are an excellent means of short-term employment. If you are interested in a certain career, temporary jobs are also an excellent way of trying out a job before you make a full commitment.
Am I eligible for benefits through Premier Staffing?
Premier Staffing offers direct deposit and health insurance after working 60 days. Please speak with a Premier Representative for more information.
What types of assignments does Premier Staffing fill?
The positions can be temporary, seasonal, long-term, temp to hire, or direct hire. Premier Staffing hires employees for companies in a variety of industries, including Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Production/Assembly, and Data Entry.
How long would a normal temporary job last?
The length of a temporary assignment is completely dependent on the customer and the job at hand. Temporary positions can last as little as one week or last for several months or years.
Who pays the employees?
Premier Staffing pays the employees, and they are paid every week. If you are interested in a pay card or direct deposit, please speak with a Premier Staffing representative.
Does Premier Staffing participate in E-Verify?
Yes, Premier Staffing utilizes E-Verify to ensure that all employees are eligible to work in the United States.
When on an assignment for a Premier Staffing customer, who is my employer?
Premier Staffing is your employer, and your Premier Staffing representative is your contact for all work assignments or employment issues. 
What should I do if my assignment has ended?
When a temporary assignment ends, you need to contact a Premier Staffing representative as soon as possible so we can consider you for a new assignment. If the customer hires you at the end of the assignment, then you become an employee of that company and is no longer an employee of Premier Staffing.
What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?
We make every attempt to place you in a position where you will have success. If you find that your current assignment is not working out, please contact a Premier Staffing representative immediately, and we will do everything possible to get you a new assignment.
What should I do if I am injured while on assignment?
If an accident occurs and you are injured while on the job, call your Premier Staffing representative immediately! We must be notified immediately so that we can make sure you are given care and attention at the proper medical facility.
How do I apply?
